چکیده

Combining longitudinal data and statistical models from perennial crops enabled us to estimate the optimum number of measures (harvests), implying accurate discrimination superior genotypes in those crops. Herein, goal this study was determine harvests based on yield traits recommend a graft/rootstock combination (GRC) for Citrus latifolia Tanaka. Twenty-four GRCs 'Tahiti' acid lime were evaluated July 2017 August 2018 fruit per plant (FYP), fruits (NFP), (LFD) transversal diameter (TFD). The experimental design randomized complete block with 4 replications. unit consisted three individuals, totalling 244 individuals. composed (i) two hybrids that used as rootstock, citrumelo ‘Swingle’ (Citrus paradisi x Poncirus trifoliata) cintrandarin ‘Riverside’ sunki trifoliata); (ii) 12 different C. grafts: Bello Fruit, Eledio, Iconha, Itarana, Santa Rosa, Bearss lime, CNPMF 01, 02, 2001, 5059, BRS Passos, Persian 58. Mixed employed variance components. determined selective efficiency values above 0.9. estimated repeatability coefficients presented 0.14 (LFD), 0.16 (TFD), 0.36 0.38 (NFD). Based results, four able choose FYP NFP, whereas LFD TFD considered inefficient recommending GRCs.

Erratum to “Genetic Diversity and Population Differentiation of Guignardia mangiferae from “Tahiti” Acid Lime”

Among the citrus plants, "Tahiti" acid lime is known as a host of G. mangiferae fungi. This species is considered endophytic for citrus plants and is easily isolated from asymptomatic fruits and leaves. G. mangiferae is genetically related and sometimes confused with G. citricarpa which causes Citrus Black Spot (CBS). "Tahiti" acid lime is one of the few species that means to be resistant to th...

Estimates of repeatability coefficients and the number of the optimum measure to select superior genotypes in Annona muricata L.

The aim of this study was to evaluate repeated measures over the years to estimate repeatability coefficient and the number of the optimum measure to select superior genotypes in Annona muricata L. The fruit production was evaluated over 16 years in 71 genotypes without an experimental design. The estimation of variance components and the prediction of the permanent phenotypic value were perfor...

Estimates of Repeatability and Heritability of Productive Trait in Holstein Dairy Cattle

Dairy cattle breeding programs have been based in the selection for traits related to milk production. In this research a data set of 63 herds of East Azerbaijan province Holstein cattle, collected during 2002-2013 by the Iranian Animal Breeding Center was used to estimate the repeatability and heritability of three traits of economic importance. Genetic parameters for first three lactations of...

Coefficient estimates for a subclass of analytic and bi-univalent functions

In this paper, we introduce and investigate a subclass of analytic and bi-univalent functions in the open unit disk. Upper bounds for the second and third coefficients of functions in this subclass are founded. Our results, which are presented in this paper, generalize and improve those in related works of several earlier authors.
